Thank you for shopping with Purple Hedgehog. We are an Australian online store specialising in paper crafting and journal making supplies.

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We use Australia Post to ship to all Australian states and mainland territories.  We do not ship to Australian external territories or offshore dependent territories.

Estimated standard delivery time is 5–10 business days once dispatched.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $110.00 within Australia.

We also offer free local delivery on orders over $20.00 shipped to residential addresses within the townships of Drouin 3818, Warragul 3820, Yarragon 3823, Trafalgar 3824, Moe 3825, Morwell 3840, Churchill 3842 and Traralgon 3844.

International Shipping

We only ship to Australian states and territories.  We do not ship internationally to any other countries or regions.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or third-party carriers, or circumstances beyond our control. During peak periods (e.g. Christmas, sales events), processing times may be extended.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
